Nice hotel in a great location right next to Canary Wharf. Rooms are a great size and good value for money considering the area, especially when compared to options in central London. I am not the biggest fan of the open bathroom concept but that's just my personal preference. The hotel feels clean and modern and staff are friendly and greet you whenever they see you. Overall it was a good experience.
A visit for work purposes, staff always lovely. Respectful and helpful. The hotel is immaculate, rooms and amenities are perfect. Room sizes are very generous with seating and space for luggage. The breakfast is wonderful, a huge range of food to choose from. Cooked, continental, fruits etc. Location wise is about 10 minutes from the underground station or 15-20 from canary wharf dlr.
Brilliant staff, lovely room with an double head power shower! Fridge in the room and nice big TV. Super comfy bed. Buffet all you can eat full English, continental and cereals available (extra charge) with juices, tea and coffee. Location doesn’t have much around it but we got an amazing recommendation for an Italian a short walk away. Not much in the immediate area. Would stay again due to the underground safe car park and amazing room/staff.
We were there for 1 night for my grandson's 3rd birthday. We had 5 rooms in total and mine n hubby's rooms heating was only blowing cold, got an electric oil heater and eventually had to move rooms all facilitated by Nicola- thanks so much ma'am. The rooms were spacious, the swimming pool really warm, the sauna and steam room were on ponit, didn't try the gym but is available. Service in the restaurant was good staff friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent full of verities and children friendly. We all really enjoyed and intend to stay again soon.
Mixed experiences with staff. At the breakfast, there was one East Asian kitchen staff lady. She was REALLY kind. She came to check everyone, offered service (despite she is a cook not front house), lift up lids and explaining the menu etc. Im leaving 5 stars for the kitchen lady. The rest of the staff were
We had a great stay at Lincoln Plaza ! The staff was very nice and gifted us some chocolates (the front desk lady was the sweetest). The room was amazing and very confortable. Pool was great as well ! Little minus on the cleaning (some hair on the ground and toothpaste marks on the mirror) but overall a great experience ! I would recommend and we will definitely come again.
We went to London for four nights and hit the jackpot with the Lincoln Plaza. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the amenities, including fast Wi-Fi and a large flat-screen TV, are top-notch. The beds are very comfortable and come with two pillows per person. The Canary Wharf area is reminiscent of Dubai or Shanghai. CW is within easy walking distance (10 minutes), where you'll find shops, bars, and restaurants. Tesco and Coop are also within easy reach of the hotel. We'll definitely be back. Thanks to the fantastic team at the hotel – good job! :-)
I travel a lot for work and am often disappointed in the hospitality at hotels now. Staying at the Lincoln Plaza was a complete and very welcome surprise - everyone was so friendly and diligent and made me feel so welcome. An especial mention of Irene who checked me in - so lovely! A really great stay and would absolutely stay again.
